Peak dates - particularly Thursdays and Fridays in December, as well as popular summer Fridays - can book up quickly. As soon as your venue and date are confirmed, it’s sensible to reserve your DJ. At other times of year, booking several weeks or months in advance is usually enough. If your event has come together at short notice, it’s still worth asking; if we’re available, we’ll always do our best to help.

Yes. Most Berkshire corporate events bring together a range of ages and tastes. We blend contemporary tracks with well-chosen classics, work with your must-play and do-not-play preferences, and build the night so the dancefloor feels welcoming for everyone rather than just one group.

We can work either way. A stage is useful in larger ballrooms, but we can also set up neatly in a corner or along a wall if space is tighter. We’ll discuss the room layout with you or the venue and suggest a position that works well for sound, sightlines and safety.

Many hotels and venues - especially in towns like Windsor, Maidenhead and central Reading - have sound limiters or specific noise policies. We’re used to working within these constraints. If your venue has restrictions, we’ll take them into account when specifying the setup and manage levels on the night to keep the atmosphere without causing problems.

In most cases, we bring a complete sound and lighting rig tailored to your event. If your Berkshire venue has a high-quality installed system, we can sometimes integrate with it instead; once we know what’s in place, we’ll recommend the most reliable option.

Yes. All of our equipment is PAT-tested, and we hold public liability insurance at a level that meets the requirements of hotels and corporate venues across Berkshire. We can provide certificates in advance if your venue needs to see them.

Equipment & PAT Testing

Once you’re happy with your quote, we’ll send a straightforward booking agreement outlining your Berkshire event details. A deposit secures the date, with the remaining balance usually due closer to the event. All payment terms and deadlines are clearly set out in writing so you always know where you stand.
