Planning Your Greater London Event

Can You DJ at Bingham Riverhouse or Other Richmond Venues?

Yes. Our Greater London work includes a Burbeck Interiors party at Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond. For your event, we agree the setup, access arrangements and music with you and your venue. Every room and brief is different, so we plan around yours.

Can You Cover a Large Outdoor Company Event?

Yes. We provided DJ entertainment for the CEVA / Exponential-e company summer festival in Wanstead, attended by 600 people. For outdoor events, we discuss the audience, timings, suitable sound coverage, safe power, weather protection and the access route before confirming the setup.

What If Our Reception Is Outside and the Party Is Inside?

Tell us how you want the day to flow. We can discuss separate audio provision or a planned change of location, allowing for power, access and the time needed to move equipment. Any additional setup or equipment is agreed in your quote.

Will You Use the Venue’s Sound System?

We prefer to use our own equipment because we know how it performs. If your venue requires its installed system, we need to discuss its specifications, connections, coverage and sound restrictions in advance. We cannot assume a house system will deliver the same result as our own setup.

Do You Travel Across the Greater London Boroughs?

Yes. We cover Greater London, including Richmond, Kingston upon Thames, Hounslow, Ealing, Harrow, Enfield, Wanstead, Croydon, Bromley and Sutton. Send us the venue address and event timings so we can confirm availability and the practical arrangements.

What Needs to Be Agreed About Loading and Parking?

We agree where equipment can be unloaded, the route to the event space, any stairs or lifts, parking after unloading and the time available for setup. Let us know about security checks, restricted vehicle access or a loading bay booking. Applicable travel, parking and access costs are discussed as part of the quote.

Matt Hall leads MHX Entertainment, alongside a team of experienced DJs. We confirm who will be delivering your event during the booking process, with the music brief and practical details agreed in advance.

How Do We Get a Quote for Our Company Event?
