Your Corporate Party. Your Way.
An awards dinner in Bloomsbury. A summer party on Victoria Embankment. A showroom evening on Park Lane. The setting changes, but the music still needs to feel right for your people.
MHX provides corporate DJ hire in Central London for company parties, awards evenings, client receptions and brand events. We bring skilled live mixing, considered sound and lighting, and a setup that looks at home in your venue.
We talk through the guest mix, the running order and the music you have in mind. From the first drinks to the last track, there is a clear plan behind the evening and an experienced DJ responding to the room.
From one company celebration to the next, clients choose MHX for the music, the presentation and the personal service. These are some of the names from our London and wider corporate work.
Our work includes direct bookings and events delivered with agencies, including the Ralph Lauren Awards Night through Nteractive.

Tailored Sound & Style for Your Event
A hotel event space deserves the same attention to presentation as the tables, flowers and lighting around it. Clean black or white booths, balanced podiums and carefully positioned lighting help the DJ setup feel part of the event.
We agree the sound around the room and your running order. Conversation during the reception, microphones for the moments that need them and a change of pace when your guests are ready to dance.
The equipment is chosen for the brief. We can discuss a compact setup, a larger party system or working with a venue’s existing sound provision before you book.
A considered soundtrack for arrivals and dinner, with award cues, speech requirements and the party afterwards agreed with your organiser or production team.
Music for colleagues with different tastes, from familiar favourites to a house-led evening. We discuss the direction together and respond to the dancefloor.
Music that supports conversation, presentation and the purpose of the event. From a client reception to a showroom launch, the brief shapes the delivery.

Parking, Loading & Security
London venues can involve timed loading slots, off-site parking and security checks. We agree the practical details with you and the venue well before event day.
Confirm the authorised unloading point, any loading slot, service lifts, the route to the room and parking for the event. We also need access for loading after the finish.
Crew names, vehicle registration, entry passes and security clearance must be arranged in advance where required, with an on-site contact and enough time to set up and sound-check.
We consider parking and applicable London road charges when quoting, and confirm how agreed costs are covered before you book.
Please raise access restrictions early so we can plan around them and help avoid unexpected issues on the day.
Share any sound limits, installed-system details, lighting restrictions and your running order. We agree the equipment, key cues and finish time around your event. £10 million public liability insurance and PAT-tested equipment are in place, with additional venue paperwork discussed in advance.
Personal Service. Experienced DJing.
Tell Matt who is coming, what the occasion means and the kind of night you want. With more than 20 years behind the decks, he understands that a corporate room can need several different musical approaches in one evening.
Matt performs at many MHX events, with other DJs also available. Your DJ is confirmed during the booking process, and the music and practical details are discussed beforehand.
Favourite tracks, clean edits, a house or Ibiza direction, or a broad mix for the whole company: the starting point is your brief, with confident live mixing and judgement on the night.

Potentially, yes. Share the venue’s technical contact and details of its system, connection points and any sound restrictions. We will confirm compatibility and whether additional equipment is needed before agreeing the setup.
Tell us the access window, authorised loading point, parking arrangements, lift availability and when the room needs to be ready. Security clearance, crew names, vehicle registration or entry passes must be arranged in advance where required. We will assess what is practical and agree the equipment and arrival plan with you and the venue.
Please share any parking provision, loading arrangements and venue access requirements when you enquire. We consider parking and any applicable London road charges when preparing your quotation and confirm how agreed access-related costs are covered. These arrangements need to be agreed well before event day, including access for loading after the event.
Yes. Share the running order, award cues, speech plans and any production contact. We can agree music for arrivals and dinner, the required cues and the later DJ set. Microphones and any additional technical support must be included in the agreed brief.
Yes. A house-led brief can work for a reception, summer party or evening celebration. Tell us the styles and reference tracks you like, along with anything to avoid. We discuss the audience and build the music around that direction.

Send the date, venue address, guest numbers, playing times and what you need for sound, lighting and speeches. Access times and any venue restrictions help us quote accurately. Your quotation and booking agreement set out the agreed service and payment schedule.
