A dedicated audio arrangement can be specified when your ceremony, drinks reception, outdoor area or additional room sits outside the main MHX performance space.

Extend the agreed performance where your venue permits a later finish. Additional time is best arranged in advance and remains subject to availability, venue curfews and sound restrictions.

Available from 12 × 12 ft up to 20 × 20 ft. We will recommend the most appropriate size once guest numbers, room dimensions and the final table layout are understood.

Ultimate includes a 14 × 14 ft white starlit LED dancefloor. Larger sizes carry an additional charge. Alternative black-and-white flooring can also be sourced on request.

Individual illuminated L.O.V.E letters create a timeless backdrop beside the dancefloor, behind the top table or within a dedicated photo area. Placement is agreed with the venue.

Musicians coordinated with your DJ

Price on request

Add live saxophone, violin or another suitable musician during the drinks reception, agreed daytime moments or the evening party. Set timings and musical direction are coordinated in advance.

All enhancements are subject to venue suitability, access, location and availability. Supplier-supported services are confirmed only once the relevant supplier has accepted the booking.

Space, access, power, room changes and venue restrictions all affect what will work well. We confirm the practical details before an enhancement becomes part of your booking.

Space and positioning

Dancefloor size, LOVE-letter placement and any additional audio are planned around walkways, tables, service routes and the final usable floor area.

Access and power

Load-in arrangements, safe power, installation time and collection requirements are confirmed with your venue or wedding planner before the day.

Availability and suppliers

Dancefloors, letters and live performers may involve trusted external suppliers. We coordinate the agreed service, but availability must be confirmed before it is secured.

Very early same-day setup

Earlier installation may be possible where the venue requires it. Because installed equipment cannot be left unattended, additional staffing charges can apply and will be explained in advance.

Are these enhancements included within our wedding DJ package?

They are optional unless your package specifically states otherwise. Ultimate includes a 14 × 14 ft white starlit LED dancefloor. Ceremony audio, additional-space sound, extra DJ time, LOVE letters, larger dancefloors and live musicians are arranged separately when required.

Can we add an enhancement after our initial booking?

Yes, subject to availability and venue suitability. Supplier-supported services and larger production additions are best confirmed as early as possible, but we can update your booking once the details are agreed.

What does ceremony and additional-space audio include?

The exact arrangement depends on the venue. It can include prepared ceremony music, agreed cue points, professional wireless microphone support, additional speakers or a separate PA for another room or outdoor area. It is quoted after we understand the layout and timings.

What sizes of white starlit LED dancefloor are available?

Sizes are available from 12 × 12 ft up to 20 × 20 ft. We will recommend a suitable size using your guest numbers, room dimensions and table layout rather than automatically suggesting the largest option.

Does the Ultimate package include an LED dancefloor?

Yes. Ultimate includes a 14 × 14 ft white starlit LED dancefloor. A larger floor can be supplied for an additional charge, subject to venue space, access, location and availability.

Can you supply a black-and-white dancefloor instead?

Alternative black-and-white flooring can be sourced on request, subject to size, location and availability. The white starlit LED dancefloor remains the principal option shown because it complements the MHX wedding setups particularly well.

Can we book a saxophonist, violinist or another live musician?

Yes. Saxophone and violin are popular options, and other performers may also be considered. Musicians are supplier-supported and subject to availability, with the performance format, set timings and price confirmed for your wedding.

Can we extend the DJ performance beyond the agreed finish?

Additional DJ performance time is £80 per hour and is subject to venue curfews, sound restrictions and availability. It is best arranged in advance, although an extension on the night may sometimes be possible.

Can the equipment be installed very early on the wedding day?

Very early same-day setup may be possible. Because installed equipment cannot be left unattended, additional staffing charges can apply. Access times and any resulting cost will be confirmed before the booking is updated.
