The Look and the Practical Details
Choose a clean black or white booth, sound sized for your guests, and lighting that suits the room. We can keep the look discreet for a dinner or build it up for the party afterwards. A wireless microphone can be included for speeches and announcements.
We discuss power, sound limits, access and setup time before the date. At London venues, loading bays, security clearance and parking can take more planning, so we include those details in the conversation early.

That depends on the venue's permitted finish time and our availability. Share your full schedule when you enquire so we can quote for the hours you need.
Before the event day. We will agree a suitable load-in and setup window with you. Central London and Canary Wharf venues can require advance loading bay, security and parking arrangements.
Yes. Matt plays many MHX events, and experienced team DJs including Chris and Stefano are also available. We will confirm your DJ before you secure the booking.
As soon as you have a date and venue in mind. Fridays in December and New Year's Eve are popular, but cancellations and late availability can happen, so please ask even if your plans come together later.
Yes. A deposit secures the date, with the balance due later under the agreed booking terms. We will set out the payment schedule in your quotation and booking agreement.
