Once you enquire, we confirm availability, talk through the event details and provide a clear quote. If you are happy to go ahead, we send over the booking agreement and take the deposit to secure the date. After that, we handle the planning with you in the lead-up so everything is clear well before the party.

Usually we take a 20-50% deposit to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due closer to the event. That gives both sides clarity and means your date is locked in properly rather than being left open.
