Choose the Presentation, Keep the Personal Service
Choose the look you love, then pair it with evening or all-day coverage. Every option includes music planning and an experienced DJ who mixes live. The difference is the scale of the sound, lighting and presentation.
Classic
A white starlit booth and two illuminated podiums keep the presentation simple and balanced. A lovely starting point when you want an experienced DJ and a clean look without making the setup the centre of the room.
Signature
The two-podium presentation gains extra moving-head lighting, vertical accents and bass support. There is more colour and depth when the party starts, while the footprint remains considered.
Premium Compact
Our mirrorball and floral styling bring the recognisable MHX wedding look into a two-podium arrangement. For couples drawn to the larger presentation, this offers many of its defining details in a more compact layout.
Premium Full
Four illuminated podiums, floral styling and a freestanding 50 cm motorised mirrorball create a balanced feature behind your DJ. At Crockwell Farm, pictured here, we worked with the venue’s suspended mirrorball instead.
Ultimate
Our fullest wedding presentation adds a 14 × 14 ft white starlit LED dancefloor. Booth, podiums, mirrorball and lighting form one coordinated setting for your first dance and the party that follows. We confirm the required space with your venue.
Peak Saturdays From May to September: +£100. Prices are starting points. Your final quote reflects the date, venue, coverage, access and any additions. Selected October to April weekdays may qualify for preferential pricing.

All-day coverage begins from 1pm in the agreed main wedding space. Earlier starts, ceremonies and additional rooms are quoted separately. Very early installation can carry an additional cost because equipment must remain attended.

Optional extras are quoted separately, subject to the room, availability and suitability. Ultimate includes a 14 × 14 ft starlit dancefloor. Larger floors can be quoted where space allows.
A Different Space Deserves Its Own Sound
Northants weddings often move between spaces. If your ceremony is in the garden and your reception is indoors, relying on the evening DJ system for both may not be the right plan.
We can arrange dedicated ceremony audio, radio microphones and agreed entrance or exit music. Additional sound for a separate drinks reception, another room or a larger site can also be included in your quotation.
Ceremony and separate-room audio are optional additions. All-day coverage includes agreed speech support in your main wedding space from 1pm.

We confirm your DJ before you secure the booking. You can share your music ideas and timings directly, with a dedicated WhatsApp group to keep the conversation easy. If you have a particular DJ in mind, tell us when you enquire.
Meet Our DJsFor Your Northants Wedding
Our Northants work includes Crockwell Farm, Sedgebrook Hall, Grangewood Residents Club and outdoor marquee celebrations in Kislingbury. A familiar venue is a useful starting point, but we still confirm your event space, timings, access and sound requirements for your own date.
Yes, subject to suitable arrangements. We need a dry, weather-protected DJ position, stable flooring, safe power and a workable loading route. Tell us about the site, guest numbers and whether the ceremony and reception use different spaces. We agree the practical plan before booking.
The floor plan matters more than the venue label. Premium Compact offers the mirrorball look with two podiums; Premium Full widens the presentation to four. Classic and Signature are simpler options, while Ultimate includes a starlit dancefloor. Send photographs or a room plan and we will help you choose without crowding the space.
Where the venue can provide enough time and clear access, yes. We agree installation and soundcheck around the running order before the wedding. If you need everything installed much earlier, we will discuss attendance and any additional cost, as equipment must remain attended.
All-Day coverage begins from 1pm in your main wedding space. An earlier ceremony, outdoor vows or a separate room normally needs an additional audio plan and is quoted separately. We discuss microphones, music cues, power and the weather alternative with you and your venue.
Share the venue rules with us before booking. We plan the sound system, DJ position and performance hours around the permitted conditions. Where a house sound system is proposed, we discuss its suitability first; we prefer equipment we know and can set up confidently.
Classic Evening Reception starts from £495 and Classic All-Day Wedding from £895. The five setups have different starting prices, shown on this page. Peak Saturdays from May to September add £100. Your final quotation confirms the date, location, access, hours, presentation and any additions.
Yes. Tell us about the songs and genres you love, the tracks to avoid and the moments that need an announcement. We prepare around your preferences, then mix live and respond to the room. Guest requests can be welcomed where they fit your brief.
We welcome wedding enquiries across Northamptonshire, including Towcester, Brackley, Wellingborough, Kettering, Corby, Rushden, Oundle and the surrounding villages. Share your actual venue and date so we can confirm availability and any travel or access costs.
Start with your date, venue and approximate guest numbers. We agree the coverage, setup and available DJ, then send your quotation and booking agreement. A 20% deposit secures the date. Your agreement sets out the remaining payment dates, and a dedicated WhatsApp group keeps planning straightforward.
